Hiya Beauties,
So I'm sitting here catching up with blogs that I've not read in the past week and Youtube videos that I've not watched. I've not really been in the blogging or youtubing mood at all. I'm not too sure why perhaps it's been the weather and my constant mood swings at the moment. However, I did upload a new video this evening so I shall link that below so you can check that out. I should hopefully be able to get the Glossybox post to go up with it tomorrow morning, fingers crossed. My hayfever has been playing up something chronic with all this hot weather we've been getting. It's currently gone 11pm and it's still baking in my room! Absolute crazyness! So the main reason I've been M.I.A has been because I've been working all week and shall be doing the same this week. I feel more motivated this week so expect to see some posts up this week! I've got so many scheduled posts it's just being in the right frame of mind and also having the time to do them! I hope everyone is keeping well. I also help you're enjoying the sun if you've had any over the past few days!

go to nail combination.

Hiya Beauties,
I've managed to find a nail combination at the moment which I've been loving. As I've mentioned before I hardly ever finish up a bottle of nail polish but I have found one that I adore and can see myself needing to repurchase this by the end of this year!
I've used the Metal Fusion Aurora Borealis as the main colour on my nails which is absolutely gorgeous. I then did an accent nail on my ring finger using the Atomic Blue with the Amethyst Glitter over the top. I love these three nail polishes combined so much that I've been repainting them. That's normally rare for me to do if they've chipped I normally change it up!
Miss Sporty Metal Fusion Nail Polish Aurora Borealis
This nail polish I didn't pick out my boyfriend did and I've absolutely fallen in love with it. It's a two tone nail polish so no matter what angle the light hits your nails it will look different everytime. This gives you a unique look and I personally love that. Sometimes my nails look blue, green, purple, gold, pink and silver. I've currently got this one on my toes as well. I want to pick up some more of the metal fusion nail polishes as I seem to have found a love for them! At £1.99 you can't really complain!
Miss Sporty Nail Polish Atomic Blue
I had my eyes on this nail polish for quite a while. It's absolutely gorgeous. It's a metallic navy blue colour. More of a lighter navy if that makes sense. It stood out to me and I thought when I went to Bluewater I will stop myself from getting it. Of course I ended up getting it anyway when my boyfriend treated me. This is the colour I'm wearing on my ring finger. The brush is a maxi brush which makes it easier to coat your nail and make less mistakes. It's also a gel like formula which helps the nail polish to last for up to 10 days. Realistically I do not keep a polish on for 10 days but normally these last for a good week or so! Again at £1.99 you cannot complain.
Barry M Nail Paint Amethyst Glitter
This nail polish I fell in love with when I was in Boots. They had 3 for 2 on and I was using my points. This has flecs of purple, pink, light blue, silver and dark blue almost black. I think this top coat looks absolutely amazing over the top of a navy blue polish. You could probably layer this up by itself so youve got a full glitter nail if thats more your thing. I mean who can't resist a bit of glitter and sparkle! Barry M nail paints are afforadable, good quality and long lasting. They come in at a total of £2.99.
All links I've posted under the first picture so it will take you to where you can purchase them!

empties #1

Hiya Beauties,
So a while back I posted my first empties video on youtube if you guys didn't see that then I shall link it at the end of this video so you can go and watch it! I've been wanting to do a post to kinda go along with that also it means I can go into slightly more detail about the products and tell you where you can get them from!
I've noticed when it comes to empties I mainly go through skin care and bath essentials the quickest. It takes me a while to use up make up simply because it just seems to last forever!
This product I have found to be a right pain in the bum to try and get hold of. Whenever I'm in desperate need of a new one I can never find it. ASDA is my saviour normally. Currently this product is 2 for £4 which is a bargin. I also use the 'tousle me softly' intensive mask which is in the purple tub. For some reason that one is easier to get hold of. What I really like about this mask is it leaves my hair smelling so good and I feel it does help to protect the colour of my hair. It makes it look more vibrant as after a while red can start to look a little dull I've found. This is one of my favourite hair masks to use and this isn't the first tub of this I've used up. I'd definetly recommend this product if you have coloured hair and are on the lookout for an affordable but good hair mask.
The packaging for this foundation has changed and so has the shades. The foundation has been said to be lighter. I personally love this foundation and used to use it all the time when I was in sixth form. However I now only use it for summer when I'm after something lighter. It's a light to medium coverage I'd say. It's quite long lasting and it's good for the price. I've been through many tubes of this foundation and normally Avon have their colortrend products on offer too.
I've sung the praises for this foundation both on here and my Youtube channel more than a few times! I've done a full review on here too, so you can check that out if you want more details! I'm currently on my second bottle of this. I have a darker shade for when I'm more tanned. I love this foundation. It's perfect all year round but it doesn't budge. I enjoy this in the summer. That's exactly what I bought it for last year. It's transfer proof, blends easily and also affordable. Massive thumbs up from me. Rimmel really do have some amazing products.
For some reason I stopped using this product then came back to it last year. I used to use it all the time infact it was the first powder I used. I love this it lasts all day. I don't get super oily but if I ever do it controls that problem. I use the transparent shade as I don't want to add more colour to my face after using foundation. I find this sets my face as well. I will continue to use this product for a long time. I'd say I go through about 3 or 4 of these a year.
I normally purchase this at ASDA where it is £1. I've gone through so many bottles of this, this year alone as it is. I'm a huge fan of these. I really do like Radox bubble bath and it's nice if I want to have a break from my LUSH obsession ;) This is definetly one of my favourite ones to get and it smells really good too!
Candied Ginger is a christmas scent so currently on their website they do not have it. They had it in last xmas so hopefully they will this year. This scent is absolutely gorgeous! I adore it and will definetly be purchasing another one! They last a long time and are extremley moisturising. The Body Shop do such lovely scents as well!
Again I've used this conditioner so many times. It is my go to conditioner if I want my hair to keep it's shine and vibrancy. I find red hair as a habit of looking quite dull as it fades. This helps my hair to look brighter. The scent of this is so good! I've noticed I seem to have an obsession with products smelling good aha!
I have also sung the praises for this product more than once ;) I love this mascara, it is honestly the best mascara I've ever used on my lashes. It gives them lots of volume and length. After using this my lashes look full, long and volumised! I've not found a mascara yet to be as good as this one. I shall keep going back to this one until I find another I like more! If you haven't checked this one out do so!
This has to be my favourite gradual tanning product. What I love about this which I've said before in a full review is that it doesn't leave you streaky. It moisturises whilst building a natural sun kissed look. I really do love this product and have purchased it multiple times. It doesn't leave behind the scent either which is good. There's nothing worse than a lingering scent on your skin!
I loved this body scrub so much I just didn't like how quickly I used it. Unfortunately they do not sell this scent anymore. They have a plain raspberry one but that doesn't smell half as good as this one! I'm definetly going to be purchasing more from this range as they are really good products and affordable too!
This wipes are my go to wipes. They are cheap and do the job! Normally these are 3 for £2 so I pick up 3 packs when I'm running low. These take off all my make up then I go on to do the rest of my skincare routine. I don't really see much point in spending a lot on make up wipes when there are more affordable ones on the market which are exactly the same and do a good job!

coral gum | notd #4

Hiya Beauties,
You should by now know my love for Miss Sporty nail polishes. I own a lot of them because they are just great quality and incredibly cheap. This is one of my favourite colours I love it. A light pastel orange colour is just a must for spring and summer. I've been reaching for this quite a lot. If you haven't checked these out I'd definetly recommend them.
Let me know if you've tried any and what you think!

Good Morning Beauties,
Am I the only one that gets completly sucked in by drugstore offers?! I see Boots or Superdrug have offers on and my eyes light up like I'm a little kid at christmas again!! Superdrug currently have free delivery when you order online which ends tonight at midnight. They also have selected offers on at the moment. Bare in mind I'm looking to change my skincare routine up a little this is bad news for me! Certain Simple products are either buy one get one free or a third off! I thought I'd take advantage of this offer as you know why not. I also found myself looking at MUA's eyeshadows. The price of them is almost like a steal. The quality of the eyeshadows is amazing though. They're so pigmented, long lasting and blend really nicely and easily. I'm guilty of purchasing a trio. I shall have more info when they arrive however I also have my eyes on another trio but it was out of stock damnit!
I'm going through the phase of less is more when it comes to make up. Reason being I've had so many products on my face the past few weeks with my birthday I'm giving my skin a break. I've got a couple of breakouts going on at the moment so I'm steering clear of make up for as long as I can this week! I shall be applying a face mask tonight to try and help clear up the breakouts! I'm still on the look out for a holy grail face mask however I have a couple to try from Glossybox samples :)
My new video went up yesterday which was the beauty things I suck at TAG. I'd love to know if there is anything that you guys suck at beauty related. I'll link the video down below for you. To keep up to date with my videos please go subscribe to my channels :)

chit chat..

Hiya Beauties,
Happy Sunday, and if you're celebrating Fathers Day with your Dad then I hope you're having a good day! My parents are currently away in Cornwall for a week so I'm house sitting.
So what's been going on in my life this week?! I've been quite unwell this week. I've not felt right all week and ended up going down with glandular fever. I'm still feeling rough but thought I'd blog and edit anyway. When I'm ill I cannot just sit and lay and do nothing it drives me absolutely crazy. I also decided to take my laptop to my boyfriends so while he was at work I could edit and blog. This alowed me for the first time in ages to blog everyday Monday-Friday. You will know I always used to do this and it feels good to finally have done a full week again! I realised when I logged into Youtube Monday that my channel layout had completly changed itself. To be honest not the biggest fan of that. I finally managed to sort out my cover art though. I also edited a channel trailer which basically just tells you what videos to expect from me!
It got to Friday and I was thinking where has this week gone. It's absolutely flown by. I was feeling a little spontanous and decided I was going to cut my side fringe back in as it had grown out. I did that and still wasn't satisfied so I cut a full fringe in. I really like it now I've got used to! It's been so long since I had a full fringe! Pictures shall be coming soon I just haven't had change to take a picture yet! Yesterday I spent all day feeling sorry for myself I felt so ill, my throat was killing me and I was just so tired. I ended up seeing my boyfriend for a little bit yesterday and I felt better till I was back home! Typical aye. Still not feeling right today. If I stand up too quick I go light headed and my head feels like it's been hit with a hammer repeatedly.
What's the plan for today?! Well I am going to sort my wardrobe out.. believe me it's well needed. I've got so many clothes in there that I need to branch out into the empty wardrobe in the spare room. I'm going to transfer some winter clothes and work clothes to give me more space for summer clothes! Didn't think I'd have to do that but the amount of clothes I've gained in the past six months is slightly worrying. The bad thing about it is that I wear all of it too! Whilst doing that I think I shall be rendering a video so I can upload it later on for you guys. Thinking it shall be a TAG video possibly, make up things I suck at! So stay tuned for that.
Please go and subscribe to my channel to see more!
If you guys haven't checked out my latest video then I'll leave it down below for you!
I went to Bluewater a while ago and picked up some beauty items and wanted to put them in a haul for you guys as I know I love watching hauls myself.
Have a lovely week everyone!

fairy lashes..

Hiya Beauties,
I don't know if you remember last months Glossybox post. If you do you will know that I recieved a new mascara.
This is from the brand jelly pong pong. So first off I love the packaging that it comes in, however the tube I feel is slightly dull. To me this mascara is nothing special and doesn't really stand out to me at all. I don't personally get on with the brush, infact I found it difficult to coat all of my lashes. The formula of the mascara itself I'm not a massive fan of either perhaps it would be better slightly dried out. It just personally didn't do anything major to my lashes. I look for volume and length and it only really added a little length to them. This mascara is very black though so thats a thumbs up from me as I like my mascaras to be quite black. This retails at £12. I personally wouldn't repurchase this mascara however it may work for you.
To see more of this brand check out their website.

Hiya Beauties,
So I thought I'd take a day/night off from doing beauty related posts and stick to a chatty one.
(taken from
This past week I've been feeling so run down it's unbelievable. Yesterday I really didn't feel too well and today I woke up feeling really poorly. My throat currently feels like it's on fire, mixed with hot spells and headaches. Really not a good combination. The past 5 days I've been at my boyfriends. He was lovely enough to run me a few baths while I was there which really helped me to relax. I also even got a massage which completly helped me to unwind Sunday evening. I think it's important to remember if you're starting to feel run down to take it easy and make some time for yourself. You'd be surprised at how relaxed you will feel. Lack of sleep also can make you feel rubbish too. I'm going to have a relaxed day tomorrow to see if I can kick this illness before it gets worse! I hope everyone is doing okay!

strawberries and cream.

Hiya Beauties,
I think I've found a face mask that I'm in love with. It smells heavenly and good enough to eat! I'm not even joking there! I applied it two nights ago when I had a bit of a pamper session.
Before I applied this face mask I removed all my make up and exfoliated my face. There is no point applying this to a face full of make up! I haven't used a face mask in so long. I must say this has become my favourite one so far out of the ones in this range I've tried. Sweet scents like I mentioned yesterday grab me. My face was nice and smooth and I felt so much more relaxed. I like to apply a face mask then have a soak in the bath with a book. It de-stresses me and helps me unwind. These face masks I believe you can get from a variety of places. Retailing at £1 per pack however also do tubes which are £5 each. Wilko's, Superdrug, Boots.. stock this face masks.
Any face masks lovers? Let me know your faves!

the comforter.

Hiya Beauties,
Today I want to talk about a LUSH product. As you may already know if you follow my blog I'm a bit of a Lush fanatic. I know that I'm definetly not the only one out there either! I think bubble bars are one of my favourite products from Lush. Reason being when I have a bath I have to have LOTS of bubbles. A few bubbles just doesn't cut it for me. I've learnt I seem to sway more towards sweet scents especially for bubble bars. So you know I rave about the creamy candy bubble bar. Well I've found another that sits up there with that one!
Now according to Lush this is supposed to smell like berries. However my boyfriend and I think it smells more like refreshers. If any of you remember how good they smell then my bath was heavenly last night! I've never seen someone work so hard to create bubbles! It's great aha! Anyways, this is definetly a favourite of mine. Although it's a big bubble bar you could probably get a lot of baths out of this. I've got about a third left though, I like to use a lot! To add to the amazingness of this product it turns the water pink. I'm like a kid at christmas when it comes to things like this. Any product for the bath which makes the water change colour is a winner in my eyes! Last night I relaxed in the bath with a good book. I've finally finished the fourth Morganville book! If you're a lush fan I'd definetly give this one a try if you haven't already. It leaves my skin feeling super soft which is another plus for me!
any LUSH addicts, let me know ;)

stripes and denim - ootd.

Hiya Beauties,
It's been ages since I actually did an outfit of the day! I feel like it's time for one. My youtube and blog I feel are finally getting the love from like they were until things just completly went bottoms up! It helps bringing my lappy to my other halfs! Not to self why not have done this sooner?!
Top - ASDA £3
Jeggings - Matalan £10
Denim Gillet - New Look £7 (sale)
Sandals - New Look £15 (ish, got them a couple yrs ago!)
Sunnies - Primark £2
The denim gillet is so easy to wear with everything I just really do love it. I've been on the hunt for something like this for so long. So when I did finally find one, I was absolutely over the moon and super excited. Better yet I got it in the sale which you definetly cannot complain at! Jeggings I find to be super comfy as it's very rare that you will catch me in jeans! I don't know why it just never happens!! I'm never too fussed about getting an expensive pair of sunnies either. I'm a nightmare when it comes to breaking them so I just don't bother haha! They don't cost too much to replace and I have at least six pairs just sitting in my drawer! I cannot believe how well my sandals have kept, I've had them two years and still going strong. They zip up at the back which I do really love.

original source shower gel.

Hiya beauties!
For once I've finally brought my laptop to my boyfriends! Which means I can get back to my blogging everyday like I used to (Mon-Fri) more if I feel like it! He's currently laying next to me zonked out snoring his head off. I thought I'd take the opportunity to do my blog while I can actually concentrate without him trying to distract me!
Original Source Shower Gels £2.30 each.
Bare in mind with the price of these however it's forever changing. Currently they are half price in Boots. You can get them for £1 in ASDA and normally Morrisons also have them on offer. It's very rare that you'd have to pay full price unless you're in major need of them ;)
So after hearing Louise and Fleur (sprinkleofglitter and fleurdeforce) rave about these I thought I want to see what all the fuss is about. I talked about going to Bluewater with my niece Beth a while back and I picked these up then. Boy I'm glad I did. These little beauties are honestly my favourite shower gels. Especially for in the mornings. They are so refreshing. My favourite out of the two is definetly the mint one, and it is a proper mint not a toothpaste mint! I know there are other scents in the range lime, lemon, vanilla milk and raspberry (naming a few). I'm eager to get my hands on the raspberry one it smells delicious. I'm all for sweet smelling shower gels. I'm someone who has loads of bubble bath and shower gels as I get hooked in by the goodness of scents. I'd say these shower gels are great value for money and will be my go to ones if I ever run out of my huge Body Shop stack! Last year I got bought so much for my birthday I'm still working my way through it over a year later.. MADNESS! There are also handwashes which excite me! They smell so good that I want to pick one up just because of that!
Have you tried any of original source products?!
Let me know!

busy bee!

hiya beauties!
The weekend just gone was my birthday weekend and was indeed very busy! I've been busy all week as well. I've been spending time with my boyfriend, and met up with one of my closest friends who I hadn't seen in a year! Pictures to come I promise. I haven't even had time to upload pictures to my laptop yet! I may also do a post on what I got for my birthday I warn you though there's a lot of elephants! Elephants are my obsession I find them unbelievably cute! Needless to say my editing schedule has been a little out as well lately with how busy I've been. I'm hoping that that picks up soon. I'm supposed to be crashing at my boyfriends for four days on sunday so I may take my laptop so I can keep up with my blog! I feel whenever I'm away from home my blog always suffers and it's something I really love doing. I've spent this past week on the xbox trying to further myself in Madagascar 3. I'm technically playing this game twice.. once on the xbox and once on the wii!
I cannot believe how nice the weather has actually been this week, summer feels like it's finally here. I've done a little splurging this week too, with my birthday money. Hello new elephant which is HUGE. Hello new dresses and make up. Oopsie. Haul video to come I promise! I love filming hauls and they're one of my fave type of vids to watch too. I shall quickly share my new obsession though.. Revlon Lip Butters. OH MY. They're amazing, why did I not pick these up sooner?! Maybe it was trying to justify needing more lip products however I am now hooked. I am going to get my ass into gear tomorrow and have a review up for y'all :)
me and my lovely man on my 21st.
I hope everyone is having a lovely week!
